Using the marks.
The marks may be displayed or used only under licence from Step Deeper Ltd and in accordance with our brand guidelines. That covers logos, devices and word marks alike, in print, on screen, in packaging and in advertising. A licence, where granted, sets out which marks may be used, in what form, for what purpose and for how long; it does not transfer any ownership.
Authorised retailers, distributors and the press may refer to our products by name in plain text to identify them accurately, for example in a price list, a review or a news item. That kind of reference should not use our logos, should not alter or combine the marks with other marks, and should not suggest that Step Deeper Ltd sponsors, endorses or is otherwise connected with a third party, its products or its services.
Our marks may not be registered or used as, or as part of, a company name, trading name, domain name, social media handle or product name by anyone else, and they may not be used in a way that is misleading, disparaging or likely to cause confusion.
Where any registration is pending, the mark is identified as an application and is not yet registered in that territory. We update this page as registrations are granted, renewed or extended to new territories.
