About this notice.
Step Deeper Ltd is the parent of several product brands, including Creek Audio. Where a product is placed on the EU market by one of those brands, the brand acts as manufacturer, importer, or distributor for the purposes of GPSR, and the corresponding statutory information is published on that brand's own product safety pages.

Product identification.
Each product carries a model number, batch number, or serial number sufficient to identify it. Where the product is too small to bear this information on the product itself, the information is set out on the packaging or in the accompanying documentation.
Safety information.
Instructions for safe use, warnings, and any assembly guidance accompany each product. Please read these before using the product and keep them for future reference. Where translations are required by the country of sale, the translated documentation is supplied with the product.
Reporting a safety concern.
If you believe a product purchased from us or one of our brands presents a safety risk, please write to hello@stepdeeper.com or telephone +44 (0)20 7870 1360 with the following information:
- the product name and model number
- the date and place of purchase, if known
- a description of the issue and any harm caused
- your contact details
We will acknowledge your report and, where appropriate, contact the relevant market surveillance authority.
Recalls and corrective actions.
Any recall or corrective action will be published on this page and on the relevant brand's website. Where we hold contact details for affected purchasers, we will contact them directly.
